Is this template OSHA 1910.146 compliant?

Yes. The template includes every field enumerated in 29 CFR 1910.146(f)(1)–(14) and follows the atmospheric-testing sequence in §1910.146(d)(5). It is a starting point — the written permit-space programme still needs to be tailored to your site's hazards.

Does it work outside the United States?

The field structure aligns with the UK Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 (permit-to-work), the Australian AS 2865, and Canadian provincial rules (OHSA O. Reg 632/05 in Ontario, for example). Local labels for 'entry supervisor' and 'competent person' may differ — rename fields to match your jurisdiction.

Can I customise the fields?

Do I need a separate rescue plan?

Can this permit be signed digitally?
